피싱 메일 주의!

오늘은 오랜만에 그럴 듯한 피싱메일을 받았습니다.

회사 부장님으로 부터 받은 메일이었는데, 해외 지사 직원으로 메일을 받았는데 가격이 참 착한 사이트가 있다. 참고해라 정도의 메일이었습니다.
바로 앞에 앉아계신 부장님으로부터의 메일이었기 때문에 아무런 의심을 하지않고 사이트를 구경하게 되었습니다.

그러던 중, 피싱 사이트 일 수도 있다는 생각에 메일을 다시한번 찬찬히 살펴보았습니다. 다행이 FW메일이라 원문이 포함되어 있었습니다.

이거이거. 피싱 냄새가 고약하게 납니다.

메일의 토씨하나 틀리지 않습니다.

아무래도 해외지사 분 메일계정이 해킹 되었나봅니다.
만약 부장님께서 포워딩 메일이 아니라 직접 메일을 작성하셨다면 어떻게 되었을까요.
그 중 누군가는 괜찮은 물건을 구매했을 것이고, 예상과 다른 상황에 봉착하게 되었을 수도 있습니다.

요즘 피싱 메일들은 이렇게, 한명이라도 제대로 걸리면 줄줄이 엮는 스타일이 주를 이루고 있습니다.
소셜 피싱이라고나 할까요.

특정 메모리 영역의 포인터를 안전하게 사용하자.

오랜만에 코드 관련 포스팅입니다.
종종 ~~제 자신이 기본도 모르는 놈이라고 생각될 때~~ 하게 되는 것 같네요.

오늘은 특정 메모리 영역의 포인터에 접근하고자 할때 안전하게 사용하는 몇 가지 Win32 API를 소개하려 합니다.
매우 기초지식이지만, 자주 사용하는 놈이 아니다 보니 벌써 잊었네요.

(1) IsBadCodePtr

Determines whether the calling process has read access to the memory at the specified address.
현재의 프로세스가 특정 주소가 가리키는 영역을 읽을 수 있는지 여부를 확인합니다.

(2) IsBadReadPtr

Verifies that the calling process has read access to the specified range of memory.
현재의 프로세스가 특정 주소가 가리키는 영역을 읽을 수 있는지 여부를 확인합니다. (영역 지정 가능)

(3) IsBadStringPtr

Verifies that the calling process has read access to the specified range of memory.
현재의 프로세스가 특정 주소가 가리키는 영역을 문자열로 읽을 수 있는지 여부를 확인하며, 시작 포인터로부터 null을 만날 때까지 유효성을 확인합니다.

(4) IsBadWritePtr

Verifies that the calling process has write access to the specified range of memory.
현재의 프로세스가 특정 주소가 가리키는 영역에 쓸 수 있는지 여부를 확인합니다.

단! 이 함수들에 관해서는 다음을 참고하셔야 합니다.

Important This function is obsolete and should not be used. Despite its name, it does not guarantee that the pointer is valid or that the memory pointed to is safe to use. For more information, see Remarks on this page.

물론 빠른 성능을 고려해야 하는 시스템에 도입은 힘들겠지만, 활발한 입/출력의 포인터 제어시에 유용하겠네요.
오늘 기초지식이 없어 고생 좀 했습니다 :D

그리고 추가 팁! 메모리 Leak을 체크하는 방법이 MSDN에 있네요! 다들 아시겠지만요 ㅠ
